IMEG has pushed the envelope in HVAC design and sustainability as demonstrated by our many “firsts” and award recognitions. With all the combined infrastructure systems – accounting for nearly half of a building’s design – our mechanical engineers have an opportunity to significantly contribute to the operational outcomes of a facility.

We are the recipient of three international ASHRAE Society Technology awards – the highest award in the mechanical engineering field, for innovation and sustainability. IMEG leadership is an ASHRAE 90.1 voting member and participated in the development of ASHRAE 90.1 energy standards released in 2010 – requiring a 30% increase in energy efficiency and the basis for nearly all energy codes in the U.S.
